What chemicals do you use?

Chemical usage is dependant on the job at hand, the surrounding environment and the drainage system in place. We use a variety of safe and approved chemicals, and have full training and risk assessments in place associated with the application of chemicals. We don’t use any chemicals on our window cleaning jobs.

Water Fed Poles vs Traditional Window cleaning?

Typically, the water fed pole system is safer, provides a better clean, leaves no residue due to the pure water and natural drying process, and is more environmentally friendly as no chemicals are necessary.
We are able to offer traditional cleaning if required.

What is pure water?

Purified water doesn’t contain any impurities or contaminants, meaning it doesn’t leave residue marks or streaks. We use pure water for all our window cleaning jobs to ensure that streak-free shine!

How does your pricing structure work?

Each job is quoted subjectively and priced according to the size of the area to be cleaned, amount of chemicals required, and the time necessary to complete. All of this will be discussed further upon an initial quotation visit. We all know someone who has been ripped off, so we want to ensure fair and reasonable prices for that flawless finish.

What about insurance? We have £10m public liability insurance.
